In one line. SpaceSail Industries is an independent company that manufactures materials and hardware for spacecraft. It is not a satellite operator, a network, or an internet provider, and it is not connected to any other company that happens to share part of its name.

01Who we are

This website is published by SpaceSail Industries ("SpaceSail", "we", "us"), an independent, privately held company. We have no parent company, government shareholder, or corporate affiliate in the satellite-services, telecommunications, or internet-access industries.

02What we do — and what we do not do

SpaceSail designs, manufactures, qualifies, and sells physical goods: aerospace alloys, composites, radiation shielding, structures, and flight-qualified mechanisms, supplied to the organizations that build and operate spacecraft.

For the avoidance of doubt, SpaceSail does not:

own, operate, or deploy any satellite, constellation, or spacecraft;
provide satellite internet, broadband, connectivity, or any communications or network service;
sell, resell, or support user terminals, antennas, or subscriptions;
offer earth-observation, navigation, or data services to end users.

Our business is the supply of materials and components — a category of goods that is distinct from the services offered by satellite-network or connectivity operators.

03Trademarks

The SpaceSail™ name and mark are used by SpaceSail Industries in connection with advanced materials and spacecraft components. All other company names, product names, logos, and trademarks referenced or encountered elsewhere are the property of their respective owners; their use of a same or similar name in a different field does not imply any relationship with us, nor ours with them.

04No affiliation

SpaceSail Industries is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to any other company, constellation, network, joint venture, government body, or satellite-communications or internet-service provider operating under the same or a similar name, in any jurisdiction. Any coincidental similarity of name arises solely because both parties operate in or around the space sector, and does not indicate common ownership, control, sponsorship, or origin. We make no reference to, and claim no association with, any such entity anywhere on this site.

05Content & accuracy

Program names, figures, and imagery on this site illustrate the class of work SpaceSail undertakes and its engineering standards. Nothing on this site is an offer, warranty, or specification for any particular product; binding terms are set only in a signed purchase agreement.

06Binding terms & governing law

Nothing on this website is a contract or an offer to contract. Governing law, venue, and every other binding term of any commercial relationship with SpaceSail are established solely in the applicable signed agreement between the parties.
