Privacy Policy

The short version. This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and embeds no advertising or social-media trackers. We do not build profiles of visitors. The only personal data we ever hold is what you choose to send us by email.

This policy explains what information is involved when you visit spacesail.co ("this site"), operated by SpaceSail Industries ("SpaceSail", "we", "us"). We keep it deliberately plain. If anything here is unclear, write to privacy@spacesail.co and we will explain it.

01Information we collect

We collect as little as possible.

Information you provide. If you email an address on this site, we receive your message, your email address, and whatever you include in it. There are no web forms on this site — email is the only channel.
Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically records standard technical request data (IP address, user-agent, timestamp, and the URL requested) for security and reliability. These logs rotate on the provider's schedule and are not used to identify or profile you.
What we do not collect. No cookies, no localStorage, no device fingerprinting, no analytics, no advertising identifiers, no session recording, no third-party pixels.

02Third-party services

Rendering the page involves two service providers, and no others:

Hosting & CDN — Vercel Inc. Serves the static files and processes the server logs described above on our behalf.
Google Fonts. Your browser requests the typefaces from Google's servers, which receive your IP address and user-agent as part of that request. We load nothing else from Google and use no Google analytics or advertising products. If you prefer zero third-party requests, the fonts can be self-hosted on request.

We do not use advertising networks, data brokers, or social-media tracking of any kind.

03How we use information

To read and reply to messages you send us.
To operate, secure, and debug the website.

We never sell, rent, or trade personal data, and we do not share it except where strictly necessary to run the site (our hosting provider) or where the law requires it.

04Your rights

Depending on where you live — including under the EU/UK GDPR, the CCPA/CPRA, and Brazil's LGPD — you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port the personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Because we hold essentially nothing beyond email correspondence, most requests resolve quickly. To exercise any right, email privacy@spacesail.co; we do not discriminate against anyone for making a request.

05Data retention

Email correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any follow-up, then deleted. Server logs are retained transiently by our provider and rotated automatically.

06Children

This site is intended for a professional, business audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

07International transfers

Our providers operate infrastructure in multiple regions, so the limited data described above may be processed outside your country under appropriate contractual safeguards.

08Security & responsible disclosure

The site is served over HTTPS with HSTS, a strict Content-Security-Policy, and hardened response headers. If you believe you have found a security issue, please report it to security@spacesail.co; our machine-readable contact is published at /.well-known/security.txt. We appreciate good-faith disclosure and will not pursue researchers who act responsibly.

09Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, note it on the site. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
